We’ve had lots of office chats recently about the rise of facebook retargeting – the art of sending your Ads straight to the newsfeeds of those who’ve already checked out your website, but didn’t convert the first time. Pretty cool, huh?
It’s a cracking way to remind potential customers about your product, and encourage them back to complete the sale. Your brand will stay exactly where you (and we!) want it to be – at the forefront of customers minds during the all-important decision making process. It does take time to convert first time visitors into buyers, and you don’t want to be forgotten about as they shop around & compare prices.
Let’s seal the deal & make sure consumers remember your brand.
So, how does it work? In a nutshell: the facebook pixel. It’s the key part of retargeting on facebook. By installing it on your website, it tracks user activity and feeds back vital information to your Ads Manager that then allows you to target your Ads to those who’ve visited your website.
The Ads will then follow users until either they convert or your Ads campaign ends.
Interested? You should be. Focusing part of your advertising budget on those who have already shown some interest makes complete sense, if you ask us! And if you do ask us, we’d be more than happy to help – just give us a call on 01292 280022.
